St. Thomas More's Care Committee provides support to our parishioners in the following ways:
- Bereavement/Loss Support
- Care Meals (provide meal when called upon on limited basis)
- Communion/Visitation to the Home bound / Sick / Care Facilities
- Communion to the Hospital (2nd or 4th Sundays of each month)
- Pregnancy/Infant Loss Ministry (provide materials for support)
- Respite Support (limited support when requested)
- Transportation (rides to Mass)
- Written Communications (provide correspondence to parishioners)
- Health Aides to Borrow (walkers, canes, shower chair, bathroom chair, etc.)
