K-6 Religious Education
|
The K-6 Religious Education Program assists parents who are the primary educators of faith to their children. Classes meet weekly on Wednesdays during the school year. Several sessions are available: 4:00-5:15 p.m., 5:30-6:45 p.m., 7:00-8:15 p.m. To enroll your child, please contact the parish office.
MISSION STATEMENT: To introduce elementary age children to the Bible, concentrating on the teachings of Jesus Christ, and to instruct the children in the Catechism of the Catholic Church so they will embrace their faith and become committed members of our Catholic faith community. |

Thank you to everyone who donated shoes to the SHOEMAN WATER PROJECT. Our church collected 1122 pairs of shoes! A special thank you to Jeff & Kristi Schurle and family for delivering the shoes and to Ray's Apple Market for providing the boxes needed to pack the shoes. These shoes will be sold to vendors in countries like Haiti, Kenya, and South America. The proceeds will be used to develop clean water programs in communities around the world. Thank you again for your help in making this Religious Education Service Project such a success! |

Prayer Before Classes Begin
Almighty God and Father, students will begin to arrive soon. Open wide our spiritual arms as we welcome and embrace them.
Bless our space, so that the goodness of your truth may be shared.
Bless our time together, so that the power of your love may be discovered.
And bless us, Lord, that we may share your Good News with joy and confidence.
Amen.
